Greetings Fellow Tractor Club Members,
Our September meeting will be held Thursday, September 5 at Beans & Taters on Main Street, Paradise, TX at 7 pm.
Saturday, August 31 is the Cooke County (Lindsay) Tractor Show. Several of us are planning to attend. Admission is free if you bring a tractor, otherwise, it’s $10. If you’d like to go and want to ride with one of us or follow us, please call one of our board members. Their show is well worth attending.
We are in the process of selling our old security trailer. If anyone is interested in buying it, please contact one of our board members.
I got word this morning that Kathy Askey’s great-grandson, Hendrix, passed away early this morning. Please remember the Askey family in your prayers.
Dennis Hamblin is going to present a program on restoring the sickle bar on a sickle bar mower during our meeting. This is an interesting topic and a must if you are restoring your sickle bar mower.
I hope to see you at Beans & Taters on September 5.
