Greetings fellow Tractor Club Members.
Our next meeting is October 10 at the Catfish O’Harlies Restaurant starting around 7 pm.
Our fall 2023 auction is in the history books. It was the hottest auction we’ve ever had temperature wise. We ended up with a little over 700 lots. I’m especially grateful to Steve Cox who stayed 3 nights and prepared our delicious meal on Friday. Others who stayed nights were Kathy Askey (2), Frank Blank (2), Larry Richardson, Kevin Stirewalt, and Les Hamblin. Many members were present and with everybody helping, we got ‘er done!
At the October meeting, we will discuss our upcoming Greenwood Tractor Ride on October 14. This is one of the most fun things we do. If you plan on participating, please let us know so we’ll have plenty of food for the meal afterward.
Also, during our October meeting, we’ll discuss our tractor show on November 11. Many things need to be done prior to the show. We’ll set some dates as to when we meet at Kathy’s to get these things accomplished.
Again, thanks to all who helped put on our auction. It was great to have so much help.
