Greetings Fellow Tractor Club Members,
We received our share of the auction proceeds at our last board meeting. $13,094.20 was the total amount with $1,250 realized from donated items. Allen Heugatter presented the check. He then led a discussion on how the auction proceeds are split and explained the expenses he must bear compared to our expenses.
Also at the board meeting, we unanimously agreed to sell our pulling sled, box grader, and scales to Jason Swan for $7,500. He and his two sons have recently become members of our club. He plans to have “pulls” in the area and we are invited to participate.
Our spring tractor ride was held on April 13 with a good number of club members participating. Unfortunately, our plow day scheduled for April 20 was rained out. We’ll discuss options for another plow day at our meeting.
Our next meeting is scheduled for May 2, 2024, at “Beans & Taters” located on Main St, Paradise, TX at 7 pm. Dennis Hamblin is going to present a program titled “Necessity, the Mother of Invention”.
