Greetings Fellow Tractor Club Members,
February 2023 is almost gone & March is closing in. That means it is time to renew our memberships. If you can’t pay in person at our March meeting, please mail it to Dennis Hamblin at 301 Faye Lane, Springtown 76082. EDGE&TA requires dues be submitted to them by April 1.
Our Spring Auction is March 18. We will start laying out the grounds & accepting items March 9th, any help would be appreciated. Wise County requires us to have someone on the grounds 24/7 while using their facility. So we have to have someone stay every night. I’ll have a sign-up sheet at the March meeting. Please call me if you can stay a night but won’t be able to attend the meeting. Thanks in advance.
The people mover crew finished repairs on 2 of the movers & they are in good shape. Thanks guys.
We have scheduled a Spring tractor ride on April 15. It will be the same route as our Fall tractor ride. We plan to have lunch at the Greenwood General Store with the club picking up the tab. RSVP by April 10 to Steve Cox 940-577-6045.
At our February Board meeting, we decided to expand the number of people on our board. Please plan to attend the March meeting to vote.
Scholarship applications need to be postmarked by March 25 & received by March 30. Please contact Teresa Cox at 940-577-1071 for additional info.
