Greetings fellow Tractor Club Members.
Our next meeting is June 6 at the Catfish O’Harlies Restaurant starting around 7 pm. We plan to discuss our upcoming club activities. We have invited our 2023 scholarship winners to meet and honor them.
Our board met Wednesday, May 17. We set November 11, for our fall tractor show. Kathy Askey volunteered to be a co-chairman for the show and we need someone to be the other co-chairman. So, if you can and want to help in this regard, please let me know. The board also agreed to help the Historical Society move their farm equipment to a safe place as they are going to demolish what is left to the old building.
I am looking for anyone who would like to make a presentation during our meetings. The presentation can be 10 to 15 minutes long but not over 30 minutes. Please contact me if you are so inclined.
At our May meeting, we set June 10 as a work day out at Askey’s. We plan to get several tractors running and do other chores that need our attention starting around 9:30 am.
I hope to see you at Catfish O’Harlies on June 6.
