Greetings fellow Tractor Club Members.
We held our Christmas Party on December 9 at Kathy’s tractor barn. Kathy had the barn beautifully decorated and even had some bows on various tractors. The food was delicious and plentiful. Thanks to Steve Cox for preparing the ribs which I didn’t get enough of. Thanks to everyone for bringing food. If you left hungry, it was your fault. Bill was the master of ceremonies for the door prizes and did a fantastic job.
We held our board meeting on Tuesday December 12. We set up our calendar for 2024. A listing of dates for club activities is attached. We made several decisions on dates, such as to “always have our spring tractor ride on the second Saturday in April”. We’ll discuss during our January membership meeting.
Our next meeting is scheduled for January 2, 2024 again at Catfish O’Harlies at 7 pm. We are planning to have our annual “stump the audience” presentation with any weird, unusual, rare, or unknown tool you may have. This has always been a lot of fun, so plan on attending and bring a tool.
I hope all of you have a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful and prosperous New Year. Thanks to all of you for helping make our club’s 2023 activities a success.
