Hello all,
Thank you to everyone that helped to make our Spring Auction a big success! All the help was greatly appreciated.
Due to bad weather our tractor ride was cancelled and with Plow Day coming on May 10th there was no time to reschedule it.
Plow Day on May 10th will be a fun day, it will be on CR 4460 one mile east of HWY 730, North of Boyd. Gate opens at 7:30am please bring your own picnic lunch and drinks. If anyone has any questions please give me a call.
Also, at this time we’re making plans for our Tractor Show at the Wise County Fairgrounds on May 24th. We will have several equipment demonstrations, family activities, children’s games, food vendors and tractors. If anyone can help please let a Board Member know.
This year our club has dedicated 4 $1000 scholarships to some very deserving applications. Names & Award dates will be in our next newsletter.
Last but not least we really appreciate all the time and leadership Pat Vaught brought to our club, keeping it on track and moving forward. Thanks Pat!
Remember our next meeting will be at Beans and Tators on Thursday, May 1st—meeting will start at 7pm but most get there at 6pm to order food.
